Right of withdrawal
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days, as evidenced by the postmark (Legislative Decree 206/2005).

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, the returned goods must be in perfect condition, unused, substantially intact, with the original and not removed seals and labels and provided with the original wrappings .
The shipment is under the complete responsibility of the customer until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse and compliance with the pre-established requirements. Dependenza Shop is not liable in any way for theft/loss/damage of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
Reimbursement of the price of the product/s for which the customer has exercised the right of withdrawal and, where applicable, of the delivery costs, will be made within 14 days of receipt of the notification of withdrawal, or from the moment in which the The company will be informed of the customer's intention to withdraw, or until he has received the goods or the consumer proves that he has sent it.
Returned by default
If the product presents lack of conformity or is damaged, the procedure is as follows: it is necessary to return the defective product in good condition, substantially intact and with the original packaging. Dependenza Shop will proceed to send the items to the manufacturing company, which will ascertain the presence of the defect.
NB: We cannot guarantee the timing of the return of the goods as they vary according to the policies of each manufacturing company and in no way will Dependenza Shop be able to intervene in this procedure.
Were we wrong?
Sorry, it can happen! Dependence Shop will resolve the error by replacing the purchased product, issuing a refund or a discount Coupon and of course the shipping and return costs will be entirely at our expense.
In the event of a return, the refund will be made on the same means used for payment by the customer.
